I recommend Precision Septic. Steve is an honest guy and great to work with. He repaired my septic tank a few years ago. Did an amazing job and worked til later to get it working right while saving me alot of money. I had an issue today and had called another company to just pump my sewer. After they got here they told me all the things that were wrong and high dollar repairs. I called Steve and told him what was happening. He said he would be right out. He came and saved me thousands of dollars. The other company was blowing me smoke. Steve is honest and knows his business. I'm so glad I got his opinion. Always call Precision Septic first.

I have owned my home for 12 years and have frequently had an issue with the septic system filling up quickly due to a high water table! A number of other contractors suggested expensive solutions (none of which I followed as it all sounded like hooey based on my research) but Steve (the owner) came out, diagnosed the issue and suggested a common-sense inexpensive solution prior to doing anything else!!!! I really appreciated encountering an HONEST contractor who took pride in his work and shared real information about the industry. He wouldn't even empty the tank as he stated it was mostly water and, based on the weather, it was going to rain and be filled up again in a couple weeks. Imagine that! I say USE THIS COMPANY!

I called because i had a broken pipe and it was going all over my yard. The owner Steve was very kind and told me what was wrong and said he could fix it. within 1 hour and 30 min They were there. they fixed it. and it was a reasonable price too! its 5 star and always will be!

Steve installed a bypass in my drain field and did an excellent job. We even had an unexpected pop up shower mid job and he still persisted and got it done. The real deal with these 5 star reviews. Don't look anywhere else for Septic Repairs. My toilets were not flushing which prompted a call to a plumber, after verifying the line from the house to Septic was clear, I knew it was a septic issue. I called Steve and left a message, he returned my phone call promptly. He came out and viewed my home's field to diagnose the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. When he came back to do the work, he was spot on with his prior diagnosis and he connected a cross over from one field line that was blocked to another (which was not used since the blockage of the initial line). He completed the work within the day and into the night to ensure I could use water. Steve is a sharp man with exemplary knowledge. This is my Septic guy for my home going forward. We were selling our house in Senoia back in January, and we had another company come out to pump the system and give a "free and clear" letter. Well, they found problems, and they wanted to charge thousands of dollars to fix. We called around, and Steve gave us a much more reasonable estimate over the phone, but said he'd know more when he came out. Turns out the other company misdiagnosed the problem and would have made us pay even more on top of the thousands to actually fix it. Steve squeezed us into a very busy schedule and came out right away to diagnose, repair, and then pump. It was a long process, but he got the job done right and it saved us a lot of money. If I had septic at our new house, Precision would be the only septic service I would call. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge. I have recommended Precision Septic to multiple people and will continue to do so. Thank you!

After the winter of heavy rains, I noticed the area around our septic tank was not as dry as it is normally. I called Precision. Steve came out at the end of the day and spent an hour analyzing our drainage field. He found a blockage caused by tree roots. He gave us an estimate that I felt was more then fair to repair the system. The cost was significantly less than a new field. We set up a time to do the repair. He was there when he said, did the repair with no surprise or extra charges and the system started working again. He then had his people come and pump the tank and clean it. This work was all completed in a timely manner. The work was done in mid May 2019 and I recommend this company. Outstanding job.

Never needing septic repair services in the past, I wasn't sure which company would be honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. I chose Precision Septic based on the comments on this site and I now know that I made the right decision. Steve (the owner) came to my home after already working on someone else's septic system that same morning. He arrived early afternoon and worked nonstop until long after the sun went down. That takes a special kind of person. Any other company would have stopped after a couple of hours and made arrangements to come back the next day. Not Steve. Any other company would have charged a lot more. Not Steve. He answered all of my questions with such enthusiasm that I can tell he loves what he does.

Top notch service! Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Steve and Sean fixed our problem quickly. I was told by another company I needed to replace my grinder pump, but Steve quickly determined it was just a broken float switch, saving me thousands of dollars. A+!

The service of this company is incredible. They helped us to figure out why our septic system was having problems. They didn't mind coming late afternoon and make time for us on the same day we called so that we were able to keep using the restrooms and showers at home. We appreciated this a lot. Steve the owner is very polite and goes above and beyond for providing a great service. He came prepared and had looked up he plans of our septic system in the county, so he didn't started digging here abd there, he knew what he was doing. In the end our problem with our septic was just a small problem with the floater and Steve was very honest about this. He didn't overcharge or tried to scam us trying for us to get a new pump and spending thousands of dollars even if he had spent quite a lot of time trying to figure out the problem.
