Did an amazing job and worked til later to get it working right while saving me alot of money. I had an issue today and had called another company to just pump my sewer. I have owned my home for 12 years and have frequently had an issue with the septic system filling up quickly due to a high water table! A number of other contractors suggested expensive solutions (none of which I followed as it all sounded like hooey based on my research) but Steve (the owner) came out, diagnosed the issue and suggested a common-sense inexpensive solution prior to doing anything else!!!! I really appreciated encountering an HONEST contractor who took pride in his work and shared real information about the industry. He wouldn't even empty the tank as he stated it was mostly water and, based on the weather, it was going to rain and be filled up again in a couple weeks. Imagine that! I say USE THIS COMPANY!

The real deal with these 5 star reviews. Don't look anywhere else for Septic Repairs. My toilets were not flushing which prompted a call to a plumber, after verifying the line from the house to Septic was clear, I knew it was a septic issue. I called Steve and left a message, he returned my phone call promptly. He came out and viewed my home's field to diagnose the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. When he came back to do the work, he was spot on with his prior diagnosis and he connected a cross over from one field line that was blocked to another (which was not used since the blockage of the initial line). We were selling our house in Senoia back in January, and we had another company come out to pump the system and give a "free and clear" letter. Well, they found problems, and they wanted to charge thousands of dollars to fix. We called around, and Steve gave us a much more reasonable estimate over the phone, but said he'd know more when he came out. Turns out the other company misdiagnosed the problem and would have made us pay even more on top of the thousands to actually fix it. Steve squeezed us into a very busy schedule and came out right away to diagnose, repair, and then pump. It was a long process, but he got the job done right and it saved us a lot of money. If I had septic at our new house, Precision would be the only septic service I would call. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge. WE COULD NOT HAVE FOUND A BETTER PERSON TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM IN THE HOUSE WE WERE PURCHASING! STEVE KNOWS HIS JOB AND NOT ONLY WAS HIS WORK EXCELLENT, BUT ABOVE ALL HE HAS INTEGRITY! After the winter of heavy rains, I noticed the area around our septic tank was not as dry as it is normally. I called Precision. Steve came out at the end of the day and spent an hour analyzing our drainage field. He found a blockage caused by tree roots. He gave us an estimate that I felt was more then fair to repair the system. The cost was significantly less than a new field. We set up a time to do the repair. He was there when he said, did the repair with no surprise or extra charges and the system started working again. He then had his people come and pump the tank and clean it. Never needing septic repair services in the past, I wasn't sure which company would be honest, dependable, and reasonably priced. I chose Precision Septic based on the comments on this site and I now know that I made the right decision. Steve (the owner) came to my home after already working on someone else's septic system that same morning. He arrived early afternoon and worked nonstop until long after the sun went down. That takes a special kind of person. Any other company would have stopped after a couple of hours and made arrangements to come back the next day. Not Steve. The service of this company is incredible. They helped us to figure out why our septic system was having problems. They didn't mind coming late afternoon and make time for us on the same day we called so that we were able to keep using the restrooms and showers at home. We appreciated this a lot. Steve the owner is very polite and goes above and beyond for providing a great service. He came prepared and had looked up he plans of our septic system in the county, so he didn't started digging here abd there, he knew what he was doing. In the end our problem with our septic was just a small problem with the floater and Steve was very honest about this. He didn't overcharge or tried to scam us trying for us to get a new pump and spending thousands of dollars even if he had spent quite a lot of time trying to figure out the problem. This is my first septic, and I had my first ever backup. I called precision septic and was lucky to speak to Steve Woodward. I told him my situation and he squeezed me in and gave me a quote over the phone (which he didn't have to do). He strolled up to my house with his cool hat on and I knew the shit was about to go down (joke, uptight people relax). He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and just a cool guy. He was able to find my tank, remove the cap and unclog my drain in under 45 minutes, and he probably could have gotten it done sooner if I was yapping his ear off. After calling every septic repair company who would answer on that weekend, Precision arrived that same day and pumped the tank, giving us a short reprieve as well as an estimate for installing a new drainfield. We promptly applied for the required county permit, where we learned this estimate was extremely favorable. At Precisions request, our county conducted an inspection and soil test almost immediately. At this time temperatures in the area dropped to 14 degrees F for several days, followed by drenching rains, but nothing stopped Steve, Ancil, and their crew, who worked tirelessly installing an extensive drainfield, distribution box, lift tank with sewage pump, and diverter and cleanout valves. Despite difficulties imposed by low temps on heavy equipment, Precision completed the new drainfield so efficiently that we were able to remain in our home and use its facilities essentially without disruption. Moreover, although the drainfield was required to be installed over a 1/2-acre forested lot containing 47 native trees, Precision accomplished everything with minimal damage while managing to preserve each tree. The county inspector viewed Precisions work in progress and at its conclusion and passed on the job with no faults noted. More than 7 weeks since, the drainfield has operated perfectly. We could not be more satisfied with Precisions performance, from their knowledgeable personnel to their work ethic to their integrity, courtesy and professionalism, and of course for the job they did for us during a critical time and under most unpleasant working conditions.

Based on my brother's recommendation, I called Precision Septic to have septic tank pumped and couldn't be happier that I called this company! When I made the appointment, they told me they would be out between 10 and 12 and they showed up at 10 on the dot. Then, while they were pumping it out, they found a problem with the outflow pipe, which I could easily see. Instead of a hard sell, they told me I could hold off and it would probably be okay for another 3-4 years but since the lid was off, I told them to go ahead and repair it. In this age of what seems like every company trying to rip you off, these guys were a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend Precision for any septic tank needs!

Steve quoted a price to me over the phone. Due to the arctic cold snap, we had to reschedule the work twice. But each time we were contacted and knew what was going on. We didn't realize how long it had been since our tank had been pumped. Turned out it was over 15 years ago!. Steve came out and found a tank with a massive biomat on the top, it took him nearly 3 hours to break it up and pump it out. He charged us the quoted rate even though it would have been well within reason and fairness to charge us additionally due to the condition of the tank. We've got his number ready for the next time and we highly recommend Precision Septic.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very professional. I called Precision and Steve came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fraction of the previous quote. I had called another contractor who said I needed an entire new septic system. Turns out it was only The pipe connection the tank. Every one local was too busy and when I called Mr Woodward and talked to him he promised to get to me right away! We were having a problem with our septic tank and flushing. Mr Woodward came and asked us a lot of questions about how our lines in the house were acting. Then he checked them out and once he had he checked the area outside where the tank and drain lines were. Once he had checked everything he explained that the drain lines were clogged bad enough that they would have to be replaced. He explained how much it would cost to do the job and we were pleased with the price. He began his work first thing the next day and replaced the lines making sure we were going to have no more trouble before he left. He was very polite & professional. He used quality supplies that should last a very long time. He did everything he said he would and made sure the job was done before leaving.
