I recommend Precision Septic. Steve is an honest guy and great to work with. He repaired my septic tank a few years ago. Did an amazing job and worked til later to get it working right while saving me alot of money. I had an issue today and had called another company to just pump my sewer. After they got here they told me all the things that were wrong and high dollar repairs. I called Steve and told him what was happening. He said he would be right out. I have owned my home for 12 years and have frequently had an issue with the septic system filling up quickly due to a high water table! A number of other contractors suggested expensive solutions (none of which I followed as it all sounded like hooey based on my research) but Steve (the owner) came out, diagnosed the issue and suggested a common-sense inexpensive solution prior to doing anything else!!!! I really appreciated encountering an HONEST contractor who took pride in his work and shared real information about the industry. My toilets were not flushing which prompted a call to a plumber, after verifying the line from the house to Septic was clear, I knew it was a septic issue. I called Steve and left a message, he returned my phone call promptly. He came out and viewed my home's field to diagnose the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. When he came back to do the work, he was spot on with his prior diagnosis and he connected a cross over from one field line that was blocked to another (which was not used since the blockage of the initial line). We were selling our house in Senoia back in January, and we had another company come out to pump the system and give a "free and clear" letter. Well, they found problems, and they wanted to charge thousands of dollars to fix. We called around, and Steve gave us a much more reasonable estimate over the phone, but said he'd know more when he came out. Turns out the other company misdiagnosed the problem and would have made us pay even more on top of the thousands to actually fix it. After the winter of heavy rains, I noticed the area around our septic tank was not as dry as it is normally. I called Precision. Steve came out at the end of the day and spent an hour analyzing our drainage field. He found a blockage caused by tree roots. He gave us an estimate that I felt was more then fair to repair the system. The cost was significantly less than a new field. We set up a time to do the repair. He was there when he said, did the repair with no surprise or extra charges and the system started working again. He then had his people come and pump the tank and clean it. This work was all completed in a timely manner. The work was done in mid May 2019 and I recommend this company. Outstanding job.

The service of this company is incredible. They helped us to figure out why our septic system was having problems. They didn't mind coming late afternoon and make time for us on the same day we called so that we were able to keep using the restrooms and showers at home. We appreciated this a lot. This is my first septic, and I had my first ever backup. I called precision septic and was lucky to speak to Steve Woodward. I told him my situation and he squeezed me in and gave me a quote over the phone (which he didn't have to do). He strolled up to my house with his cool hat on and I knew the shit was about to go down (joke, uptight people relax). He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and just a cool guy. He was able to find my tank, remove the cap and unclog my drain in under 45 minutes, and he probably could have gotten it done sooner if I was yapping his ear off. My family and I are extremely grateful and I would recommend precision septic to anyone, don't waste your time with anyone else.

Based on my brother's recommendation, I called Precision Septic to have septic tank pumped and couldn't be happier that I called this company! When I made the appointment, they told me they would be out between 10 and 12 and they showed up at 10 on the dot. Then, while they were pumping it out, they found a problem with the outflow pipe, which I could easily see. Instead of a hard sell, they told me I could hold off and it would probably be okay for another 3-4 years but since the lid was off, I told them to go ahead and repair it. Steve quoted a price to me over the phone.  Due to the arctic cold snap, we had to reschedule the work twice.  But each time we were contacted and knew what was going on.

We didn't realize how long it had been since our tank had been pumped.  Turned out it was over 15 years ago!.  Steve came out and found a tank with a massive biomat on the top, it took him nearly 3 hours to break it up and pump it out.  He charged us the quoted rate even though it would have been well within reason and fairness to charge us additionally due to the condition of the tank.  We've got his number ready for the next time and we highly recommend Precision Septic.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very professional. I called Precision and Steve came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fraction of the previous quote. I had called another contractor who said I needed an entire new septic system. Turns out it was only The pipe connection the tank. We were having a problem with our septic tank and flushing. Mr Woodward came and asked us a lot of questions about how our lines in the house were acting. Then he checked them out and once he had he checked the area outside where the tank and drain lines were. Once he had checked everything he explained that the drain lines were clogged bad enough that they would have to be replaced. He explained how much it would cost to do the job and we were pleased with the price. He began his work first thing the next day and replaced the lines making sure we were going to have no more trouble before he left. He was very polite & professional. He used quality supplies that should last a very long time. He did everything he said he would and made sure the job was done before leaving. I would recommend PRECISION SEPTIC TANK SERVICE to anyone who wants to deal with a company and people they want to feel comfortable with. He put us at ease before starting the job and had explained just what he was going to have to do, how much it would cost ( which it turned out to be a few dollars less than he estimated ) and what it would look like in our back yard when he finished.
